Standard working hours on the assembly line: under normal circumstances, the effective action time from parts to finished products directly affects the completion of finished products, including direct working hours and indirect working hours. That is, the sum of the effective working time of all stations for processing each product (set);
Assembly line standard working hours formulation method: all the effective working hours of each existing station (skilled workers) are measured, and the working hours of all the processing stations of the components of the product are calculated after considering the balance of workshop production, the impact of the environment on workers, and the fatigue production information of workers.
Direct working hours: refers to the working hours of personnel working directly;
Indirect working hours: refers to the personnel who carry out the necessary management and auxiliary operations for the direct workers on the site. According to the characteristics of the management organization of the workshop on the site, the working hours generated by the workshop except the director and the direct workers;
Standard manpower: refers to the reasonable quantity of manpower allocated by the production unit according to the standard working hours and actual production conditions under the premise of the set output target;
Then the production efficiency of the assembly line: actual output × standard working hours; Actual manpower ×8.00 hours - stoppage hours + overtime hours.
Each production unit on the assembly line only focuses on processing a certain segment of work, and the assembly line can be roughly divided into seven categories of assembly lines according to the transmission method of the assembly line: belt assembly line, plate chain assembly line, double speed chain assembly line, plug-in line, mesh belt assembly line, suspension assembly line and drum line.
