1. Check all the automation equipment, gas source, hydraulic source.
Problems with power, air, and hydraulic sources often result in automation equipment malfunctioning. Such as power supply problems, including the power failure of the entire workshop, such as low power, insurance burned, poor contact with the power plug, etc .; air pump or hydraulic pump is not open, the pneumatic triple or two parts is not open, the hydraulic system in the valve Or some pressure valve is not open and so on. The following areas should be covered when testing automation equipment: Power supplies, including the power supply and workshop power for each unit. The source of air, including the pneumatic source required for the pneumatic device. Hydraulic sources, including the hydraulic equipment required for hydraulic automation equipment, work.
2. Check if the sensor position of the automation device is offset.
Due to the negligence of equipment maintenance personnel, some of the sensors may be in an error position, such as not in place, sensor failure, sensitivity failure and the like. Always check the sensor's sensor position and sensitivity, deviation occurs in a timely manner to adjust the sensor if broken, immediately replaced. In many cases, in addition, due to the vibration of the automation equipment, most of the sensors are loosened after being used for a long time. Therefore, during routine maintenance, always check whether the sensor is in the correct position and firmly fixed.
3. Check automation equipment relays, flow control valves, pressure control valves
Relays and inductive sensors, as long-term use will also appear on the ground adhesion situation, which can not guarantee the normal electrical circuit needs to be replaced. In pneumatic or hydraulic systems, the throttle opening and the pressure regulating valve of the pressure valve can also become loose or slipping as the equipment vibrates. These devices, like sensors, are components that require routine maintenance in automation equipment.
4. Check electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit connections
If none of the above three steps detect any problems then check all loops. Check whether the wire in the circuit breaks, especially if the wire in the wire slot is broken by the wire slot. Check the trachea for damaging creases. Check if the hydraulic hose is clogged. If the trachea has severe creases, replace immediately. The same hydraulic hose to be replaced.
5. In ensuring that the above steps are correct, the fault may appear in the automation device controller, but it can never be a procedural issue.
